Privacy Policy
Last updated June 3, 2026
This policy explains what information Mainvale collects when you use this website or book a free audit, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.
Who we are
Mainvale (mainvale.com). For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@mainvale.com.
What we collect
- Booking details you provide: your name, email, and optionally your business name and notes about what you would like to fix.
- Technical data automatically logged by our hosting provider, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to operate the site.
- Analytics and advertising data, such as cookies or identifiers used to measure site traffic and ad performance. In the United States these run by default and you can opt out (see Your choices below). Visitors in the EEA and UK are not tracked for analytics or advertising unless they opt in.
How we use it
- To schedule, prepare for, and follow up on your free audit.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To measure and improve our marketing, unless you have opted out of analytics or advertising cookies.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
We process booking details to take steps at your request before entering into a possible engagement (contract) and to operate the site (legitimate interests). Analytics and advertising cookies are processed on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Cookies and your choices
Essential functionality (such as the bot-protection challenge on the booking form) may use cookies or local storage. We also use analytics and advertising cookies to measure traffic and ad performance. In the United States these run by default and you can opt out; we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal, so if your browser sends GPC we automatically disable advertising cookies. Visitors in the EEA and UK are not served analytics or advertising cookies unless they opt in. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
Third parties we share with
We use a small number of processors to run the site and the booking flow:
- Cal.com, scheduling, receives your booking details to create the meeting.
- Cloudflare, hosting, security, bot protection (Turnstile), and serverless functions.
- Google and Meta, to measure site traffic and ad performance via analytics and advertising cookies, subject to your choices above.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising cookies may share limited online identifiers with Google and Meta for ad measurement, which some laws treat as a "sale" or "sharing"; you can opt out as described above, including via the Global Privacy Control signal.
Data retention
We keep booking and contact information only as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We treat the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise any right or opt out, email hello@mainvale.com.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS, bot protection on forms, and access controls. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above.
