The free audit

The audit is a complimentary working session. Any findings, plans, or recommendations are provided for your consideration and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or guaranteed outcomes. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or its booking endpoints, including attempting to disrupt the service, submit fraudulent bookings, scrape at scale, or access it in any unlawful way.

Intellectual property

The site content, design, and marks are owned by Mainvale or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

Booking is powered by third-party services (such as Cal.com and Cloudflare). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.

No warranty

The site and the audit are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mainvale will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the audit.
